This chap today, outside Connolly station in Dublin, reminded me of the old gaslighters who lit the gas lamp posts in many large cities years ago.
He's cleaning CCTV camera glass so that the street urchins causing havoc with the local gentry can be caught by the Peelers.
Not much changes!
