Gritblasting

Periodically "Gasunie" (our gassupplier) is doing maintenance on their gaspipes.
Rust has to be removed and paint has to be applied after that.
The removing of rust and loose paint has to be done by means of gritblasting.
The pipes of the Gasunion are separated from our site by means of fences.

This is the main gaspipe for EC20, able to transport over 160000 cubic meters per hour.
The valves can be controlled from the Gasuniecontrol center in Groningen
