Comfort Food

I had a busy two days in Aberdeen and the drive home this afternoon was not pleasant.....rain, fog, tiredness and traffic all delayed me so it took just over 4 hours all in all.

So for my dinner tonight, I had my favourite comfort food - egg and spaghetti. My Mum used to make this for us and I just love it! It's just cooked spaghetti and egg - a poor man's carbonara I suppose but incredibly tasty!

I think I'll be having a very early night tonight! After 6 working days in a row out and about I am very glad to be working from home for the rest of the week so I can catch up on my paperwork!
