Two Bean Toastadas

I stopped at El Oasis today for lunch and had to pull over on the way home to shoot this Blip. It was quite good with their pico de gallo and spicy hot sauce. The "restaurant" is a shed on wheels, and local ordinance specifies that it not be in the same location for more than 30 days, so they have to wheel it across the parking lot every month. I just think that's funny.
