Yellow Flower?

The walk through Ardgowan Estate went really well, it didn't rain for to long. On the coastal path section from Lunderston Bay, we came across this flower. I don't know what it is? And i hate not being able to tell people what things are! Help please! It was about 4-5ft tall. I don't think it is a native plant?
