Baking today

Visiting our niece and husband for lunch tomorrow and I said I would take some baking. Ginger Crunch and Tutti Fruiti are two old family favourites and I have made them many times when our children were young for school lunches etc.
Don't do that much baking these days but I enjoy it when I do.
