The end of a long day

My very weary-looking daughter.

She's had a very long day. School. A half hour performance of the Samba drums with her classmates, in front of the whole school and parents.

Then a quick tea, and a change of outfit, and out again to her gymnastics club's end of year display. The emphasis was on fun, and she had plenty of it.

Her only disappointment was that she didn't win a raffle prize at the end of the night (tickets in her hand).

She fell asleep the moment her head touched her pillow. A well deserved rest after a very exciting day!
