21 Gun Salute - Start of Royal Week

I decided to head out for a nice peaceful walk today, up to the castle and back down to the office. I was halfway down the play fair steps when the castle's artillery went off, I never thought too much about it until the second bang went off. I checked my watch and it wasn't one O'clock. I quickly went back up the stairs and watched and snapped at the gun salute.

J and I went back to the folks too, had dinner and then had some expensive chinese delicacy - Bird's Nest Soup. Thanks mum and dad! Yum!
