I know how he feels

A bit of an IT day today which to be honest isn't my best.
It started with personal IT training - at least my teacher had a good sense of humour, she certainly laughed a lot.
This was followed by a whole day of emailing - I just can't sit still for that long.
Then I continued negotiating for my new computer which they have been promising me for weeks, I now have a named person - Chris you know who you are!
Finally we had a visitation. A small ant like creature was spotted crawling across the computer screen, under the glass. We immediately called IT to complain and asked them to rescue it.
They did come for a look, declared that they had never seen anything like it and left the above message.
Has anyone else ever had a creature living in their computer?
