A summer's day at Saimaa

Hot. This is Puumala, the site of the record breaking temperature in the past several days. I don't know what the statistics are for today, but at our cabin it was +32C and that feels like enough. The lake and the breeze makes it bearable though, very nice in fact.

The boats sail by. Big boats, small boats, motor boats, sail boats, row boats, tow boats, even steamers. Saimaa offers its best by glittering in the summer sun.
