SWALLOW

The Engineer and I have been up to Kaikoura for the weekend taking advantage of a fine spell of winter weather. I Have back blipped Saturday and Sunday two landscapes taken over the weekend.
There was another very heavy frost this morning but I made a brave effort to get up early and do so some photography before we travelled back to Christchurch.
I captured this young Swallow down near the Kaikoura Wharf. It was darting for insects,then settling on rocks between flying off after more prey.
