YES....that is correct!

I did take this picture on Sunday 11th of July 2010.

What happened today?

Well, I got up at 4.33am........after a rather rubbish, broken sleep. I was properly woken by a strange crinkling sound outside. When I looked out I saw a fox run away with a bag of kitchen compost that I'd left outside (it hadn't quite made it to the compost bin).

After about 5 hours of pottering and half doing housework I was ready to leave the house. Me and J headed into town for a wander about whilst Kevin did his 'oldish guys playing five-a-side'.

J insisted that we buy sandwiches from M&S and eat them in Princes St Gardens, where we were blown about by gale force winds.

Then I was attacked by a sodding seagull! It swooped at me and tried to grab my bloody delicious New York Deli pastrami sandwich. It got a bit of the sandwich and nearly a bit of my hand. I was so angry, sleep deprived and HUNGRY that I actually chucked what was left of the sandwich at the bird and shouted "OK.......damn well have it you SODDING GULL!"

J started protecting me by chasing all the birds.

I did a quick head swivel to see who saw this and to my relief, I don't think anyone did. Either that or I've been filmed by a phone and the film clip is on it's way to winning £250 on Harry Hill's You've been framed.
