Picanha barbeque for my 20th birthday!

This pictures shows the picanha roast i was barbequing for my birhtday!

I made a Picanha "trip-tip", with baked potatoes aswell as a relish with tomato vinegar, green peppers, white onions, tomatoes and honey water!

With that i drank a Barbazul 2007 from the producer Huerta de Albala from the Vdt Cadiz district in Spain!

Made of the grapes Tintilla, Syrah, Merlot and Cebernet Sauvignon!


This is my first entry for this wonderful site, im hoping of getting a daily picture in here, to bad i wont be able to put in my erlier pictures!
