I did not manage to go hiking today, but did get to spend a good part of the day outside. It was insanely hot and humid, but outside beats inside.

Unfortunately, I only took a couple of pictures and this is the best one. At least it is better than last years. After four years on blipfoto, it is more interesting than I fathomed in the beginning. I love the glimpse into other people's worlds, as much as the journey through mine. It is strange how many memories a single picture can invoke, even the most mundane picture. Maybe that makes today's picture fitting after all.
