Visitors
I rant and rave about Yellowstone, but just to be balanced, it does have it's downsides.
With around 4 million visitors a year, most of whom visit between May and September, it can be a bit of a struggle to be properly at one with nature with so many people at times.
In places you feel you are more in a theme park than in a national park. I can't understand parents who take 2 year old children into Yellowstone and then insist to annoy everyone on the walk ways with their buggies (or strollers as they are called here). Maybe I'm just being grumpy?
It's only a small downside to an otherwise magical place.
