What can I say about today? Another hot day, with lots of grey skies, promising rain that hasn't arrived yet.

Our recently completed, re-plastered hallway has developed a large crack. Not as serious as we first thought, but which cannot just be filled, and will require further work to put it right, so that it will not re-occur when re-plastered.

At least Lottie didn't have a care in the world when I took some shots of her lounging in the garden earlier. Her coat now has brown tones in it, from spending so much time in the sun.

At last, I now have the full set of our three cats in my journal!
