Sunrise, Sculpture and Moon
Well, as bluesheep says, a cliché is a cliché, but hey, if it's good then run with it. Two days in a row, no problem!
Some people, myself included, might feel that sunrises/sets are an easy blip. Yes and no. Firstly, you have to be there. In this instance 6.36am, although I had been taking photos from around 5.55am, when the kids woke up ...
Secondly, this is a string of around 200 photos, many of which might have been better, like MyAngle with his fog, but I chose this because of the symmetry of the moon and the sculpture.
For vanity's sake, or I couldn't decide, I added some alternates to Picassa.
Favourites today?
Hope - because the image speaks to me
Kamran - because sadly he is leaving. I love your photos
And the other I can't find again, although it could be a permalink to Sea Urchin ;-)
Interestingly, maybe this qualifies as Assignment 15? It's my "back yard" in terms of a place we holiday at, and it's the back yard, or really the front yard of the house we stay at ... This view is from the deck.
