Last day of tennis
Tennis school ended today. Three weeks sure fly by when you're having a good time. Both Leo and Viggo have progressed to the point that they love playing tennis. Quite amazing to see the progress in most of the kids.
I left my memory card at home (despite me giving people tips about putting a spare on in their wallet) but luckily had the little dlux-4 with me so managed to get a couple of pictures. I thought that I had better post this before Friday night hits.
The shot above of Viggo was an experiment with tilt-shift photography. Since I always have at least one more image here's a link to the excited spectators.
If I am able to I will go go for a walk later and take a shot of the sea, it looks so peaceful outside now, but who knows if I will get out .. I've been sleeping so badly that I might not be able to stay awake until sunset, even though sunset is coming earlier now at around 10pm.
My bigger news (more of a feeling actually) is that I now feel ready to make a move to South Africa on a semi-permanent basis. I've been having troubled dreams about it -- thinking about how crazy I am to give up the total peace of Sweden for the chaos (and crime) of South Africa. Having made the decision though I am actually keen to get going sooner rather than later. I don't have anywhere to stay yet, and I have not bought tickets, but we're working on that. The biggest challenge has been solved though .. which was the internal battle inside me. Now I'm at peace with the idea.
Have a happy weekend everyone.
