A day to sit by the fire

Back blipped

Fairly miserable day with a good amount of rain and cloud. Too bad this was the day we were taking my pal and her mom for a wee drive out of the city so they could see a bit of the highlands. We ended up in Killin for lunch (in the Falls of Dochart pub) and had to take a seat next to this lovely lady, a true icon around the place (she's fake, of course). The meal was lovely and the pub warm, which is all we were really after.

Stopped for some pies in Callander to take back for our dinner. Mmm, pies!
