Common spotted orchid (Dactylorhiza fuchsii)

I have started riding to the station (10miles or so) in an effort to improve my fitness. I think it is working but a fantastic bonus is the oportunity to see the beauty of nature around me. I don't think I have ever seen an orchid wild before, scratch that; I must of seen this before but I have never stopped to look!
