This man ruined my day off!

shifting scaffolding at 8am, 9am radio on full balst 9.02am singing at the top of his lungs very badly. 9.13am burping very loudly!

sorry to rant but i wanted a lie in. i don't need to leave the house til 12.30pm at the earliest today but oh no, mr i own a garage behind your house even though i live no where near will come and wake you up!!!!! arse!!!
