Megan's Bike
I built this bike for my daughter Megan from various parts just lying around collecting dust; however, I did purchase the BPA free stainless steel water bottle.
The frame is a Large 26-inch Roadmaster Mountain Sport SX with cantilever brakes.
The front-end is an Element Racing suspension fork with chrome plated Element handlebar and goose-neck with Apse brake levers.
The wheels are 36-hole aluminum Hoopster rims with Quick release hubs and non-aggressive 26 x 1.95 Kenda road tires.
The Sedis made in France 1/2 x 3/32 chain keeps the Falcon 6-speed cassette cog set rolling smoothly.
The front and rear derailleur is an 18-speed torque drive with TD-One grip shifters.
And topping it off is a Rumble Gel seat with a Quick release seat post clamp, and on the bottom its a Swiss made Esge Pletscher kickstand. This is the kickstand all others are trying to measure up to.
