I don't really consider myself a bit watermelon fan...but this was pretty tasty! It was nice to be invited to eat some watermelon with the others in the office. One of the drivers had brought it in, and I was planning on getting a photo of it whole...but I think this looks nice!

As it happens, I would never have worked out how to cut it up like that!
