Lunch at Incydoney
Went sea swimming with Richard who's training for the Dublin City Triathlon. Lasted all of 5 minutes before turning back! The water was freezing. Had a nice-ish lunch at Incydoney Hotel and went for a run that evening at Owenahincha.
