"Say Cheese!"

Went down to the deli to buy some cheese. My current favorite is Ewephoria aged sheep's milk, which is exactly what I picked up. I deliberately resisted getting more Pecorino and Brie-- which I like to eat with mango jam--because it's just too much temptation to have all that cheese in fridge. Sleeping late thee past few weeks has led to late-night snacking, usually consisting of a a plate full of assorted cheese and bread.
