happy independence day!

i spent most of the day doing pretty much nothing productive, but i was fortunate enough to get off my butt and go to a family party around 6 pm. when it finally got dark, the kids went outside and enjoyed sparklers and fireworks. two of my friends decided to experiment with figures while i experimented with delayed exposure, and voila! :)
