Boxercise

Our intention was to head out to the gym tonight however J had a long nose bleed. So we opted to have a little rest rather than doing her body combat class. A wee while after dinner, we decided to open up the boxing gloves and pads we bought a couple of weeks ago to have a little muck about, just enough to break a sweat!
