Keep Doing What You're Doing...

...keep getting what you've got.

I've used this phrase a lot over the years when speaking to friends/family about problems they might have. I find it hard to apply it to myself.

This is where I work.

I have to interview people who want to be there about as much as I do. After they leave I am left with a pile of pointless paperwork that I don't want to do. They want me to solve all their problems for them whilst they cause problems for me.

It's time to change. Something clicked today and I already feel better in the knowledge that I won't be walking down this corridor forever.

Somethings are more important than others and I really need to concentrate on those that I actually want to do.
