The Dragon

Me and kids found this today in Eaglesham. Does anyone know anything about it? I have my kids shouting now "take a blip mummy!"

Still trying to get used to Blip but hopefully will get there soon. It's difficult to fit in sitting down to look at it properly with four kids and the summer holidays started!!
