Four Minutes Apart

We stopped just outside of Yorkton so I could photograph because the afternoon sky above the horizon was such an unusual deep teal blue.

Less than four minutes along the highway as we headed into town to fill up with gas the interesting sky became a wall of water. All we had to do was wait it out once we got to the gas bar. For lots of people who live there it created flooding and the need to evacuate from their homes. According to later news reports a month's worth of rain fell in a couple of hours.
