Edinburgh Napier university

The first day of the conference. I like the venue and the talks I've been to have been very interesting. I've been blogging throughout them on my laptop. I'm so used to going to technology conferences where everyone has some kind of laptop it's strange that very few people have them! My colleague has brought her ipad. I have one as well but it is still in the box at work! I'll have to have a go with it when I get back to work.
We went straight for our walking tour of the Royal Mile. There was a lot of talking and not a lot of walking! But I found out things I didn't know. Kate and I went for a curry - a good one!
