Not much to say today: had a busy day at work - it'll be busy for the next two weeks what with people being on holiday and others off sick. Had a tail wind cycling home this evening so it took me just under 18 minutes, which is an average speed of just over 23mph, which isn't bad.

Another interesting stage in the Tour de France with a few crashes and an impressive break so it's shaping up to be one of the most exciting bike races in some time.
