Happy Fourth Y'all

So far our 'Staycation' has been wonderful. No traffic to curse at, no crowds to deal with, just a relaxing time at home putting around in the garden and eating really well. We had friends over for a wonderful dinner menu of chicken and shrimp kabobs, grilled summer squash & zucchini, roasted tomato, onion & mushrooms, homemade potato wedges, corn on the cob, & potato and macaroni salads. The night would not have been complete without smores by the fire-pit while my sweet heart indulges his inner pyromaniac and sets off a few fireworks.
