The Presidents

Second Day @ Rapid City, SD:

The Warm Sunny Morning slowly turned to gloomy Rainy Afternoon; it was Drizzling when we started for Mt. Rushmore and already raining very heavily before we reached there.

Rain was an issue that we couldn't get as many pictures of mountains as we wanted, also thick clouds on the top of the mountain covered the sculptures; On the Good side just before the clouds could cover the Hill Top, I captured this image which I never expected to: "Looks like Washington & Roosevelt are crying & Jefferson & Lincoln have got runny nose :)"

Rain Stopped after couple of hours but still Hill Top was covered with Clouds so couldn't get so many pics there.

My Personal Favorite:
Washington @ a Different Angle
Self Portrait

After Mt. Rushmore we headed to "Rushmore Cave" and got nice shots inside the cave & some pics @ gift shop there.

Pics from Gift Shop @ Rushmore Cave.
Bottles
Hard Hats

Finally as planned went to Memorial Park to watch the Independence Day "Fireworks". It was wonderful.

Finally late night Publishing this Blip and ready to crash on Bed.

Wish you all a wonderful Time.
