Heart of the Palm

I am not a Yankee Doodle Dandy, Yankee Doodle do or die, nor am I a nephew of Uncle Sam, born on the fourth of July, consequently there will be no pictures celebrating Independence Day from me.

Actually, I did shoot a row of Stars & Stripes outside the Cummer Museum but the shots did not turn out as well as I expected. Hence my fit of pique. LOL

Further along the road, I spotted this variety of palm and it turned out to be a much better photograph, well at least I think so.

Must rush. I have to tidy up before heading out to watch the firework display. Drat! That has given the game away. :-)
