Tony Rose

Tony Rose is a bonafide Saint in the world of camera retail. Tony runs a mail order site called Popflash on the Web specializing in esoteric brands such as Leica, Ricoh GRD/GRX, 4/3rds, and others. I am a long time customer.

I consider Tony a friend first. He lives about an hour from me, and I went up yesterday for a visit.

We had fun talking about lots of things - mostly how funny life plays out. Tony had stores before, and then took everything in-house years ago. He does not usually meet many of his customers in person, and enjoyed the company.

One of the best guys I know, and a top notch dealer. I would not buy from anyone else.

He gave me his Leica M9 to try out for a few weeks knowing no way I can plunk down for one.

Who does that?!! :)
