yoga practicethis weekend I made a long overdue visit to see some good friends of mine.

Mark teaches Yoga and he and his students were celebrating the new Yoga studio by performing a fire ritual chanting thing in their beautiful garden.

I'm not very up on any sort of philosophy but I was invited to attend the yoga session later in the new studio which I enjoyed a lot and I got on alright.
