The harbour

Got down to Newhaven today just as the heavens opened up. I took this picture shortly after the rain had stopped and the sun was making another short appearance.

The fathers at the end of the pier had taken the kids out fishing for the day and all of them where drenched from head to toe!

This is my third visit to Newhaven and I like it very much :O) I took a lot more shot which I have yet to go through.

At one point I ventured down to the shore down the embankment and slipped, landing on my bum and lens hood :O) I can see the man in the camera shop smiling with outstretched hand as I visit him tomorrow :O)
