Sun or rain?

How odd has the weather been today?

When we woke up this morning the plan was to go through to Perth and spend the day with my friend. But when we looked outside and saw the pelting rain we thought maybe not. :( She texted and said the storm was so bad there that her Sky has been cut off. Since all our plans were outdoorsy stuff we decided to leave it til another weekend.

Of course when we did this....the sun came out!! It was too late for Perth but we thought we'd head out to Gullane. Just arrived and the rain started yet again. Wasn't too bad though since we'd planned on popping into Falko's and get some cake. The above photo was my delicious banana milkshake. Mmm...

After we wandered round the kitchy shops there and down to the beach and the rain just started leathering down again. I should really note that when the rain stopped, it didn't just stop. It went from blazing sunshine to horrid torrential rain!! So we came home and A is making us a lovely dinner. :)

So enjoy the sunshine if it's with you! Goodness knows when the rain might start again....
