Delicious Salad

Today we went to a party given by our friends Rick and Judy in honor of Rick's retirement. The weather cooperated. It was sunny and refreshingly cool. Judy's son did the honor of barbecuing kabobs with beef, chicken, sausage, or vegetarian. The guests brought salads. I thought this one was especially yummy looking.
