Happy Anniversary

Had a great day today. Spent it with my in-laws celebrating my parents-in-law's Diamond wedding anniversary (60 years!). It's rare to have all The Wife's sisters in the same room at the same time as the four of them are scattered across the country from Inverness to Manchester - the closest two are over 40 miles apart on any normal day.

After a two hour drive, we had an amazing lunch with some great company, then back to the parents-in-law's house for tea and cake and couple of hours to let that massive lunch settle before setting off home again. Four hours driving but well worth it. Only fit for a cup of tea and then bed now!
