Swiss Chard
Part of tonights dinner.
Cut the stems out from the leaves and cook separately. They retain their colour and, when chopped, look like little jewels on the plate.
I have not been able to taste anything for the last few days as I have a cold. Quite debilitating. Worse news, Mrs Campervanman seems to have caught it also. We will be marking the front door as appropriate for all plague victims homes
