Fair Day

The first Friday of the month is fair day in Bantry. Not only do you get the regular stalls, you also get animals. I find this quite difficult as I always want to 'save' them and bring them home. These two ponies were here a month ago and still had no buyers but they were attracting a lot of attention, especially from children. The lad was in charge if them - I just liked the group dynamics going on here.

Scott and Carina have arrived after a pretty horrendous journey from Nice and are amazed at the suddenness of rain and the general greenness - they're from Arizona, where apparently there is no grass and not a lot of rain! All interesting stuff.
