Usually clerical staff working in Government organizaitons is short tempered and intolerant. Perhaps, their public dealings have made them so rude and ill mannered. But this was not the case when I met MR, Rashid, having covered head in the shot, who was so cooperative while accomodating me on the issue of detaile marks certificate of MSc.
