90 Years Young!

This is my paternal Grandmother.

Today was her 90th Birthday!

We sponsored an owl in her name, her name is Shakira (the owl not my Granny!) and she is an Asian Wood Owl.

By sposoring her my Granny gets her name on a plaque on her enclosure and gets a pass which allows her to visit Shakira as often as she wants!

My Granny is from Ireland and is going home for a week, with all of her children, to celebrate her birthday , she is surprisingly fit and well for 90! I think its the gardening that does it, and possibly the Irish Dancing!

A wee footnote, sponsoring an owl for a 90 year old may sound odd, however she is owl daft!
