Strawberry pavlova

Had a lovely catchup lunch today with my old friend S, whom I don't get to see often enough as she has such a busy life. I have a habit of taking pics of particularly delicious desserts (you can enjoy them again later that way), but it was a bit naughty of me to make it look like she was tucking into a yummy mountain.... Sorry S, back to the diet tomorrow.
