Dandelion

It's Thursday again
and it's my day-off
from a long,
hard-pressed week.

I took a long walk to unwind.
Spotted this little creature,
gently swaying,
waiting.

Some just call them weeds,
despite their sunny faces.
But i see beauty
that graces the green field.

And so I thank my Creator
For me, he made for!
Oh, may I love Him more
than all created things!
