Contraflow

Never mind a contraflow, I see no flow! What is with all of the pavements being dug up at the moment? Is the council trying to use up excess funds so that its budget doesn't get cut?

First proper lunch-time blip wander in a while today - StevieFish, boab and I headed up George IV Bridge and on to the university (where it seemed to be graduation day) and back down the bridges. It was a good wander, but still a bit hot and muggy out. Typical British attitude though, eh? - complain when it's too hot and complain when it's too cold!
