Mystery

Dull and grey but I managed a walk out to the old burial site - it's quite remote but very beautiful and tranquil. The tiny church is in ruins but as you go in,  this little alcove seems to be venerated as there is an odd and poignant collection of offerings from a rosary to a tiny crucifix, rusty coins and a broken porcelain dove. It all feels very ancient and very pagan strangely.
