No cruising no drinking what else is banned?

Notice that has appeared recently in Christchurch on a route in to the city - apparently there are certain favoured streets used by the boy (and girl) racers - otherwise known as car enthusiasts. The council has tried to stop the noise and disruption by banning the activity in these areas. I suspect it will just mean they move elsewhere, as well as giving them the attention they crave.

Cruising means driving along a certain route in large numbers repeatedly while making a lot of noise, smoke, etc in modified cars which may or may not be legal!

I liked the red car blurring as it accelerated past the notice!

The notice underneath bans the drinking of alcohol.

And it was a different image to a waxeye!
